Our policy is valid for 14 days. This means that you can return your product within 14 days after the arrival of your order. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept return packages that arrive with us after 14 days. Because we work with a distribution center, we unfortunately cannot make exceptions to our return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (free of odors, traces of makeup, unworn, unwashed and unused). It must also be in its original packaging. Return packages are extra carefully checked for compliance with our return policy during and after the holidays.
There are certain situations in which no refund can be granted;
- Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged;
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery;
- Any item that falls under the category '' jewelry'' due to hygiene.
- Any article that is returned without hang tag;
- Any article that falls under hygiene articles. Bikinis cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN?
You can return an item via the link below. We cannot accept return packages that have not been registered in advance via the link below. Returning a product within the Netherlands costs EUR 6.95. Returning a product outside the Netherlands costs 13EUR. The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for a different size due to our distribution center. You can, however, return the item in question for a refund and then place a new order.
ITEM ARRIVED DEFECTIVE
Has your item arrived defective? Then you must send us an email about this within 3 days of receiving your order.
We process return packages within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed your return. You will receive your refund in the same account with which you placed the order. Please keep in mind that it may take a few working days after you have received the confirmation email from us before the refund is actually reflected in your bank account.
